Barsele Minerals Corp. and Gold Line Resources Ltd. have entered into an arrangement agreement to merge, creating a Scandinavian-focused gold exploration and development company. The transaction consolidates the Barsele Project with Gold Line's exploration portfolio in Sweden and the Oijärvi Project in Finland, supported by a concurrent $1.0 million private placement.
