American Lithium Corp. Announces Intention to Advance Spin-Out of Macusani Uranium
American Lithium Corp. is initiating a spin-out of its Macusani Uranium Project in Peru into an independent public company following the resolution of all legal matters. The company is also advancing technical work, with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment expected in Q1 2026.
