Antler Gold Announces Option Agreement with Prospect Resources Limited to Sell 51% Interest of Its Highly Prospective Kesya Rare Earth Project in Zambia
Antler Gold has entered into an option agreement with Prospect Resources Limited for its Kesya Rare Earth Project in Zambia, allowing Prospect to earn a 51% interest through US$3.05 million in payments and exploration expenditures. The project has identified a large, rare earth-element enriched carbonatite, with rock chip samples showing encouraging TREO mineralization up to 0.66% and high concentrations of neodymium and praseodymium. An initial 1,500m diamond drilling program is being prepared to test the subsurface extent of the mineralization.
