American Salars Lithium Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of K20 Minerals, granting it ownership of the Lake Throssell Sulphate of Potash (SOP) project in Western Australia. The project includes a historical JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate from February 2023, which the company intends to validate and update to NI 43-101 standards.
