Lithium Africa Defines a Second Spodumene Trend in Côte d'Ivoire: Kanien Trend Rock Samples up to 1.98% Li2O Highlight Discovery Potential

Lithium Africa Corp. has defined a second spodumene trend, the Kanien Trend, on its Agboville license in Côte d'Ivoire, with rock samples returning up to 1.98% Li2O. Fourteen of nineteen samples exceeded 1.0% Li2O, highlighting the discovery potential of the Adzopé District. This new trend, extending a known corridor of spodumene occurrences, complements the previously defined Saby Trend where drilling is ongoing.

Lithium Africa Defines a Second Spodumene Trend in Côte d'Ivoire: Kanien Trend Rock Samples up to 1.98% Li2O Highlight Discovery Potential

Lithium Africa has defined a second high-grade spodumene trend, the Kanien Trend, at its Agboville license in Côte d'Ivoire, with rock samples returning up to 1.98% Li2O. Fourteen of nineteen samples exceeded 1.0% Li2O, extending a known corridor of mineralization to 7 km. This discovery highlights the district-scale potential of the Adzopé District, where a 2,000m drill campaign is ongoing at the Saby Trend.

Lithium Africa to Commence 2,000 m Drill Program at Adzopé and Provides Côte d'Ivoire Exploration Update

Lithium Africa Corp. is set to begin a 2,000-meter reverse circulation drill program at its Adzopé project in Côte d'Ivoire, marking its first drilling campaign since going public. This program will test the Saby Trend, a multi-kilometer lithium-bearing corridor, following surface trenching that yielded a significant intercept of 8.0 meters at 1.10% Li₂O, including a peak of 1.0 meter at 1.74% Li₂O. The company also provided an update on exploration activities at its Agboville project, adjacent to Atlantic Lithium's discoveries.
