Summary
Tudor Gold announced new drill results from its Treaty Creek Project, expanding the Perfectstorm Zone's copper-gold porphyry system and defining higher-grade epithermal mineralization. Highlights include a bonanza intercept of 15.05 g/t gold over 1.50 meters and several other high-grade gold and moderate copper intercepts. The company also confirmed that a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for an underground mine at the Goldstorm Deposit is nearing completion.
Reasoning: Tudor Gold's latest drill results from the Treaty Creek Project demonstrate significant expansion of the Perfectstorm Zone's copper-gold porphyry system and define higher-grade epithermal overprint, including an exceptional 15.05 g/t gold intercept. The company also announced that a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for an underground mining operation at the Goldstorm Deposit is being finalized, indicating progress towards project development.

Classification and evidence
Step-Out Extensionpositive
Mineralization extended beyond the previously known limit.
Why it applies: Drillhole PS-26-32 extended gold-dominant mineralization over 480 m down-dip from previous drilling, indicating an extension of the known mineralization.
Evidence · text
“Drillhole PS-26-32, designed to test the down-dip continuity of the system, extended gold-dominant mineralization over 480 m down-dip from previous drilling”
QA/QC Disclosedpositive
Release includes QA/QC disclosure — certified lab, QP sign-off, or stated methods (blanks, standards, duplicates).
Why it applies: The release explicitly states that diamond drill core samples were prepared at MSA Labs, assayed at MSA Labs, and that analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the submission of blanks, certified standards and duplicate samples, with QP sign-off.
Evidence · text
“The Qualified Person for this news release for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 is the Company's Senior Vice President of Exploration, Ken Konkin, P. Geo. He has read and approved the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for the disclosure contained in this news release. QA/QC Diamond drill core samples were prepared at MSA Labs' Preparation Laboratory in Terrace, BC and assayed at MSA Labs' Geochemical Laboratory in Langley, BC. All samples were analyzed using 4-acid digestion ICP-MS finish and PhotonAssayTM for gold. Samples returning greater than 10 ppm gold were analyzed to extinction. Analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the submission of blanks, certified standards and duplicate samples each inserted every 20 samples by Tudor Gold personnel. Duplicate samples are obtained by MSA Labs' personnel cut from assay rejects at the time of preparation. MSA Laboratories quality system complies with the requirements for the International Standards ISO 17025 and ISO 9001. MSA Labs is independent of the Company.”
Apparent Width Onlynegative
Interval given as downhole width with no true width or drill orientation — apparent width may overstate true thickness.
Why it applies: The document states that 'True widths have not been determined as the mineralized body remains open in all directions. Further drilling is required to determine the mineralized body orientation and true widths.'
Evidence · text
“True widths have not been determined as the mineralized body remains open in all directions. Further drilling is required to determine the mineralized body orientation and true widths.”
Cut-off Undisclosednegative
High-grade interval reported without stating the cut-off grade used for compositing.
Why it applies: The drill results section does not disclose the cut-off grade used for reporting the intervals.
Evidence · text
“Table 1: Select Treaty Creek Drill Results, October 14, 2026”
Bonanza Interceptpositive
Exceptionally high-grade zone, well above the deposit-type norm.
Why it applies: The intercept of 15.05 g/t gold in hole PS-26-32 meets the exceptional threshold for underground gold (>=15 g/t).

How Atlas produces this analysis
Minestarters Atlas uses automated extraction to summarize mining announcements, identify reported measurements, and classify supporting evidence. Sentiment reflects the extracted narrative and classification rules; it is an interpretation, not a reported measurement. Evidence quotes and context are provided where available. Missing data, low-confidence results, and review flags indicate limitations. Check the original publisher announcement before relying on an interpretation.
