## Minestarters Atlas summary

Independence Gold Corp. announced drill results from its 3Ts Project in British Columbia, confirming the Balrog vein's continuity at depth and intersecting high-grade gold and silver at the Tommy vein. Hole 3TS-26-50 at Balrog extended mineralization below a microdiorite sill, while infill drilling at Tommy, including 8.03 metres at 3.11 g/t gold and 48.69 g/t silver, provided additional high-grade intercepts. The company plans further exploration and drilling in Q4 2026.

Reasoning: The drill results confirm the continuity of the Balrog vein at depth, which is a significant exploration success, and provide high-grade infill results for the Tommy vein, enhancing resource confidence. The disclosure of true widths and robust QA/QC procedures adds to the confidence in the results.

- Positive factor: Confirms depth extension of Balrog vein, opening up new exploration potential

- Positive factor: High-grade gold and silver intercepts in Tommy vein, supporting resource infill

- Positive factor: True width estimates provided for all reported intercepts

- Positive factor: Comprehensive QA/QC disclosure and QP sign-off

- Negative factor: Some intercepts are narrow and/or low-grade, particularly in Balrog vein

Low confidence — this extraction should be reviewed alongside the original source.

Facts used in scoring: 23

## Classification and evidence

**True Width Disclosed**

Polarity: positive

Definition: Actual thickness perpendicular to structure is stated, not just downhole length.

Why it applies: The document explicitly states estimated true widths for all reported intercepts \(e.g., 'Estimated true width of 3TS-26-32 vein Is 57% of the reported interval'\).

Evidence · text

> Estimated true width of 3TS-26-32 vein Is 57% of the reported interval

**QA/QC Disclosed**

Polarity: positive

Definition: Release includes QA/QC disclosure — certified lab, QP sign-off, or stated methods \(blanks, standards, duplicates\).

Why it applies: The release details QA/QC procedures, including the use of an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory \(SGS Canada Inc.\), insertion of certified reference materials, blank samples, and field duplicates, and sign-off by a Qualified Person.

Evidence · text

> All drill core was logged, photographed, cut and sampled at the Company's secure core facility. Samples consist of \(NQ\) drill core with one half retained for reference material and one-half placed in sealed bags and shipped to SGS Canada Inc., an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, for sample preparation and analysis. Sample preparation and all analytical work were completed at the SGS Burnaby facility. Gold analyses were completed using a 30-gram fire assay with atomic absorption spectrometry finish \(GO\_FAA30V10\). Multi-element analyses, including silver, lead, zinc, copper and pathfinder elements, were determined by aqua regia digestion followed by ICP-AES analysis \(GE\_ICP21B20\). Samples returning values above analytical limits are re-analyzed using appropriate over-limit methods where required. The Company's quality assurance and quality control \(QA/QC\) program includes the routine insertion of certified reference materials, blank samples and field duplicates into each sample batch. Internal laboratory quality control procedures, including the analysis of certified standards, blanks and duplicate samples, were also completed by SGS as part of its analytical program. Review of the QA/QC results indicates that analytical accuracy and precision are within acceptable limits, and the Qualified Person is satisfied that the reported assay data are suitable for disclosure. Qualified Person The scientific and technical information contained in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Andrew Randell, P.Geo., an independent consultant of the Company and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Randell has verified the data disclosed in this press release, including the sampling, analytical and test data underlying this information that has been collected.

**Step-Out Extension**

Polarity: positive

Definition: Mineralization extended beyond the previously known limit.

Why it applies: Hole 3TS-26-50 at the Balrog vein represents the first test at depth beneath the microdiorite sill, extending known mineralization and supporting vertical continuity.

Evidence · text

> Hole 3TS-26-50 represents the first test of the Balrog vein at depth beneath the microdiorite sill. The hole intersected five separate mineralized intervals between 83.20 and 110.23 m, including 1.20 m grading 2.24 grams per tonne \("g/t"\) gold and 21.67 g/t silver. These results extend the known Balrog vein mineralization below the sill and supports the interpreted vertical continuity of this vein system, which remains open at depth and along strike.

**Infill Drilling**

Polarity: neutral

Definition: Confirmatory drilling to raise resource confidence, not new discovery.

Why it applies: Holes 3TS-26-32 and 3TS-26-33 at the Tommy Vein were completed primarily as resource infill within the upper portion of the mineralized corridor.

Evidence · text

> Results were also received from holes 3TS-26-32 and 3TS-26-33 at the Tommy Vein. These shallow holes were completed primarily as resource infill within the upper portion of the Tommy mineralized corridor.

**Bonanza Intercept**

Polarity: positive

Definition: Exceptionally high-grade zone, well above the deposit-type norm.

Why it applies: The intercept of 0.44m at 22.91 g/t gold in hole 3TS-26-33 is an exceptionally high-grade zone for an epithermal gold deposit, well above the exceptional threshold of 15 g/t Au for underground epithermal deposits.

Reasoning: This intercept shows a strong silver grade, above the project average, providing good infill data for the Tommy vein. The very narrow width limits its overall materiality.

- Positive factor: Strong silver grade for epithermal deposit

- Positive factor: True width disclosed

- Positive factor: QA/QC disclosed

- Negative factor: Very narrow intercept length

- Negative factor: Infill drilling, lower novelty

## How Atlas produces this analysis

Minestarters Atlas uses automated extraction to summarize mining announcements, identify reported measurements, and classify supporting evidence. Sentiment reflects the extracted narrative and classification rules; it is an interpretation, not a reported measurement. Evidence quotes and context are provided where available. Missing data, low-confidence results, and review flags indicate limitations. Check the original publisher announcement before relying on an interpretation.
