The certificates record that NATA accreditation covers the performance of the analytical service but does not cover the performance of sample preparation. ALS is a commercial laboratory independent of Cooper Metals Ltd and of Maverick Geo Pty Ltd. Field quality control comprised certified reference materials, blanks and true rig field duplicates inserted into the sample stream under the same numbering sequence as ordinary samples. Achieved insertion rates across the copper jobs ranged from approximately 1 in 10 to 1 in 13, against the nominal 1 in 20 stated in the Company's announcement of 14 July 2026. The laboratory applies its own internal quality control comprising standards, repeats and duplicates. Each job was assessed against the Company's quality control procedures, rules version qaqc-rules-v3.1, and each was accepted for reporting with comment. The Competent Person has assessed that acceptable levels of accuracy and precision have been established for the copper and gold results reported in this announcement.”
