Summary
AbraSilver has completed the acquisition of the Condoryacu and Maria Amalia properties, strategically located adjacent to its Diablillos project in Argentina. Initial drilling at Condoryacu yielded exceptional results, including 72 metres grading 18.7 g/t gold, 117 g/t silver, and 2.06% copper from surface. The company also provided an update on the Diablillos Mineral Resource Estimate, which features a substantial Measured and Indicated resource of silver and gold.
Reasoning: AbraSilver announced the completion of the strategic acquisition of the Condoryacu and Maria Amalia properties, immediately adjacent to its flagship Diablillos project. Initial drilling at Condoryacu returned exceptional high-grade gold, silver, and copper intercepts from surface, representing the strongest gold grade-thickness intersection ever reported in the district. The release also provides a detailed, QP-signed Mineral Resource Estimate for Diablillos, showcasing a large, high-confidence Measured and Indicated resource.

Classification and evidence
Bonanza Interceptpositive
Exceptionally high-grade zone, well above the deposit-type norm.
Why it applies: The intercept of 72 metres grading 18.7 g/t gold, 117 g/t silver and 2.06% copper is exceptionally high-grade, with a gold grade-thickness product of 1349.28 g/t·m, significantly exceeding the exceptional threshold of 300 g/t·m.
Evidence · text
“72 metres grading 18.7 g/t gold, 117 g/t silver and 2.06% copper”
Apparent Width Onlynegative
Interval given as downhole width with no true width or drill orientation — apparent width may overstate true thickness.
Why it applies: The document explicitly states that widths are reported as drilled and true widths are not yet known.
Evidence · text
“Widths are reported as drilled and true widths are not yet known.”
Step-Out Extensionpositive
Mineralization extended beyond the previously known limit.
Why it applies: The drilling at Condoryacu is described as initial confirmatory drilling on a newly acquired property adjacent to the main project, extending the known mineralized system.
Evidence · text
“initial confirmatory drilling has returned very strong results, including a broad, high-grade intercept of 72 metres grading 18.7 g/t gold, 117 g/t silver and 2.06% copper beginning at surface”
QA/QC Disclosedpositive
Release includes QA/QC disclosure — certified lab, QP sign-off, or stated methods (blanks, standards, duplicates).
Why it applies: The release details industry standard QA/QC procedures including insertion of blanks, certified reference materials, duplicate core samples, and chain-of-custody protocols.
Evidence · text
“AbraSilver applies industry standard exploration methodologies and techniques, and all drill core samples are collected under the supervision of the Company's geologists in accordance with industry best practices. Drill core is transported from the drill platform to the logging facility where drill data is compared and verified with the core in the trays. Thereafter, it is logged, photographed, and split by diamond saw prior to being sampled. Samples are then bagged, and quality control materials are inserted at regular intervals at site; these include blanks and certified reference materials as well as duplicate core samples which are collected in order to assess sampling precision and reproducibility. Groups of samples are then placed in large bags which are sealed with numbered tags in order to maintain a chain-of-custody during the transport of the samples from the project site to the laboratory. All samples are received by the ASA (Alex Stewart Argentina) preparation laboratory in Salta, where they are prepared, then the pulp sachet is directly dispatched to its facility in Mendoza, Argentina, where they are analyzed. All samples are analyzed using a multi-element technique consisting of a four-acid digestion followed by ICP/AES detection, and gold is analyzed by 50g Fire Assay with an AAS finish. Silver results greater than 100g/t are re-analyzed using four acid digestion with an ore grade AAS finish.”
QP/CP Signedpositive
Qualified Person (QP) or Competent Person (CP) named and signed off — a member of a recognized professional association (e.g., AusIMM, SME, AIG, P.Geo) with relevant experience.
Why it applies: The Mineral Resource Estimate is signed off by Luis Rodrigo Peralta, B.Sc., FAusIMM CP (Geo), an Independent Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
Evidence · text
“The Mineral Resource was estimated by Luis Rodrigo Peralta, B.Sc., FAusIMM CP (Geo), Independent Qualified Person under NI 43-101.”
NI 43-101 Compliantpositive
Resource estimate prepared in compliance with NI 43-101 (Canada) — high reporting standard.
Why it applies: The Mineral Resource Estimate is stated to be categorized in accordance with the CIM Definition Standards (CIM, 2014) and prepared by an Independent Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
Evidence · text
“The MRE has been categorized in accordance with the CIM Definition Standards (CIM, 2014).”
Cut-off Disclosedpositive
Cut-off grade used for resource reporting is clearly stated, enabling like-for-like comparison.
Why it applies: The document provides detailed assumptions for the conceptual Whittle open pit shell and Net Value per block (NVB) calculation used to constrain the Mineral Resource, including metal prices, recoveries, and costs.
Evidence · text
“The Mineral Resource is reported inside a conceptual Whittle open pit shell derived using US$ 27.50/oz Ag price, US $2,400/oz Au price, 83% process recovery for Ag, and 87% process recovery for Au. The constraining open pit optimization parameters used were US $1.94/t mining cost, US $22.96/t processing cost, US $3.32/t G&A cost, and average 51-degree open pit slopes. The MRE has been categorized in accordance with the CIM Definition Standards (CIM, 2014). A Net Value per block [NVB] calculation was used to constrain the Mineral Resource, determine the "Benefits = Income-Cost"”
Stale Estimatenegative
Effective date is >2 years old — data currency concern, may not reflect current geological understanding.
Why it applies: The Mineral Resource Estimate is 'As of July 21, 2025', making it over 8 months old at the time of this announcement (March 30, 2026).

How Atlas produces this analysis
Minestarters Atlas uses automated extraction to summarize mining announcements, identify reported measurements, and classify supporting evidence. Sentiment reflects the extracted narrative and classification rules; it is an interpretation, not a reported measurement. Evidence quotes and context are provided where available. Missing data, low-confidence results, and review flags indicate limitations. Check the original publisher announcement before relying on an interpretation.
