Summary
1911 Gold announced significant high-grade gold drill results from its underground resource expansion program at the True North Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada. Highlights include 10.73 g/t Au over 8.90 m and 50.61 g/t Au over 1.60 m, confirming a critical link between the L10 Zone and the larger 710-711 Zone. These results are expected to be incorporated into a global mineral resource estimate in Q4/2026, underscoring the project's growth potential.
Reasoning: The drill results confirm high-grade gold mineralization and a critical geological link between two significant zones (L10 and 710-711) at the True North Gold Project. The grades and widths are strong for an underground orogenic gold deposit, and the results will contribute to a resource update, indicating significant resource expansion potential.
Positive factors
- High-grade gold intercepts, including bonanza grades
- Significant intercept widths for gold in an underground setting
- Confirmation of geological link between L10 and 710-711 zones, indicating resource expansion potential
- Drilling conducted from underground, suggesting good control and targeting
- Results will be incorporated into an upcoming global mineral resource estimate
Negative factors
- True width is estimated (60% to 90% of downhole length) rather than precisely stated
Low confidence — this extraction should be reviewed alongside the original source.

QA/QC Disclosedpositive
Release includes QA/QC disclosure — certified lab, QP sign-off, or stated methods (blanks, standards, duplicates).
Why it applies: The release details QA/QC procedures including certified lab (Actlabs, ALS-Chemex), insertion of standards and blanks, and repeat third-party analyses.
Evidence · text
“Oriented core samples are collected by sawing the drill core in half along the axis, with one-half sampled, placed in plastic sample bags, labelled, sealed, and the other half retained for future reference. Batches are shipped to Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs), in Thunder Bay, Ontario, for sample preparation and analysis. Samples are dried, crushed to 2mm and a 1 kg split is pulverized to -200 mesh. Gold analysis is completed by fire-assay with an atomic absorption finish on 50 grams of prepared pulp. Samples returning values equal to or greater than 10.00 g/t are reanalyzed by fire assay with a gravimetric finish. Total gold analysis (Screen Metallic Sieve) is conducted on highly mineralized samples or samples with the presence of visible gold. Certified gold reference material samples are inserted every 20 samples and blank samples at intervals of one in every 50 samples, with additional blanks inserted after samples hosting visible gold. Repeat third-party gold analyses for 5% of all submitted sample pulps are analyzed at ALS-Chemex Laboratory, North Vancouver, Canada.”

Reasoning: This is a highly material intercept with exceptional grade and significant width for an underground orogenic gold deposit, far exceeding project and peer averages. It strongly supports resource expansion and the confirmed link between the L10 and 710-711 zones.
Positive factors
- High-grade gold intercept significantly above project and peer averages
- Significant intercept width for an underground gold target
- High grade-thickness product (95.5 g/t*m) is exceptional for orogenic gold
- Confirms extension of mineralization and link between zones
Negative factors
- True width is estimated (60% to 90% of downhole length) rather than precisely stated

Reasoning: This is a highly material bonanza-grade intercept, significantly exceeding project and peer averages, and represents a very strong result for resource expansion in an underground orogenic gold setting.
Positive factors
- Bonanza-grade gold intercept, significantly above project and peer averages
- Grade is exceptional for an underground orogenic gold deposit
- High grade-thickness product (80.98 g/t*m) is exceptional for orogenic gold
- Confirms extension of mineralization and link between zones
Negative factors
- True width is estimated (60% to 90% of downhole length) rather than precisely stated

Reasoning: This high-grade intercept, while narrow, is a positive result, exceeding project and peer averages and supporting the resource expansion potential of the target area.
Positive factors
- High-grade gold intercept, above project and peer averages
- Contributes to resource expansion in the L10/710-711 Complex Link
Negative factors
- Narrow intercept width
- True width is estimated (60% to 90% of downhole length) rather than precisely stated

How Atlas produces this analysis
Minestarters Atlas uses automated extraction to summarize mining announcements, identify reported measurements, and classify supporting evidence. Sentiment reflects the extracted narrative and classification rules; it is an interpretation, not a reported measurement. Evidence quotes and context are provided where available. Missing data, low-confidence results, and review flags indicate limitations. Check the original publisher announcement before relying on an interpretation.
